Cypenix Co provides tailored digital and web/mobile solutions, AI/ML solutions, workflow automation, and digital transformation consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement will be defined in a separate agreement or statement of work.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables we create for you will transfer to you upon full payment. We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the engagement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cypenix Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services or website.
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your prior written consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
